With over 10 years work experience in Recruitment and Career Development, I can help move your career forward. 

 

I have taken continuing studies to broaden my knowledge in Human Resources practices in British Columbia, Canada. I have worked as an HR Professional in dynamic organizations such as the University of British Columbia, City of Surrey, Union Securities Ltd. and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines). I currently work full-time in the University of British Columbia - Human Resources Team and striving to make a difference in Higher Education sector. I am also a wife and a mom to my two awesome nerds.

As your Career Coach, I will be providing you with an-depth approach to define your career goals, recognize values that are important to you, evaluate your options, create and implement a strategic plan to achieve them.

 

My goal is to help you find a career that will inspire you to wake up every morning with a purpose. I will help you gain career confidence, insight, encouragement and inspiration.

By and large, clients can reasonably expect to gain:

  • Effective job search strategies; and

  • Excellent interviewing skills

They should also feel as if the coaching relationship grants them some permission to relax a bit. The job search can create a fair amount of anxiety, fear and vulnerability in people, and I often work with clients to unwrap those emotions so they can better understand how these factors may be keeping them stuck in their careers.
