When was the last time you did something for the first time?
If you couldn't remember, perhaps it's time to make some changes in your life.
“Did you know that it takes between 1 billion and 3.3 billion years, which is approximately 25% to 75% of our earth's age to form a diamond?”
Let's talk about how you can master your psychology and better manage your mind. Your brain loves to optimize itself, it tells you what you already know or need to do in any given situation.
Some people have negative recurring thoughts in their lives because they give a considerable weight on those negative thoughts so the duration takes longer. This simple repetition stays in the back of their minds. Imagine if you could use this same approach into positive thinking.
Reflect on your thoughts while you’re in line to buy a cup of coffee or waiting for your turn to check out a book in the library. Where are your thoughts right now? Are they supporting you? Is it advancing your life?

1. What can I create or build today?
2. How could I surprise someone?
3. How can I have fun right now?
4. How can I show gratitude today?
5. What can I do for someone today?
Describe your three daily actions for the day and commit to them:
When you make it a habit to look at the grand scheme of things and focus your attention towards achieving positive outcomes, you become it.
